Commercial Locks
Business lockouts differ from home ones. Stock is waiting, staff are due, and the person at the door may not be the owner. We confirm who may authorise entry, open the door and, where a key has gone missing, rekey while we are there.

Which one do I need?
- Two people left over the summer and the keys they handed back came up one short.Commercial Rekeying
- A self-storage operator wants the office, the tenant gate and the equipment shed on three different levels of access for staff, but every lock on the property currently answers to the same handful of interchangeable keys handed out over the years.Master Key System Design
- Something went missing from the storeroom over a weekend, and when you ask who was in the building, the honest answer is anyone with a key.Access Control Installation
- The daycare wants the yard gate and the classroom door alarmed so a staff member hears the moment it opens, without turning either into something a child could be shut behind.Panic & Exit Hardware
- A new tenant moved into the unit next door, and the property manager just found three different cylinders on three doors, none of them cut to the same key.Commercial-Grade Lock Replacement

Cores and restricted keys already on site
Some businesses already have more key control than they realize. Figure-eight shaped cores in the levers point to an interchangeable core system, which means a control key somewhere removes the core without unscrewing anything; finding out who holds that control key, or whether it left with a former manager, shapes the whole job. Keys with an unusual profile or a stamped number may belong to a restricted keyway whose blanks are only supplied against a signed letter of authorization, and the locksmith asks who the signatories are.
Knowing what is already in place lets the new plan build on it rather than replace it, and flags any control that has quietly lapsed.
